1. What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We offer standard shipping. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Processing times are usually 1-2 business days, but during peak seasons, it may take a bit longer. 
 

2. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Louisiana. We hope to expand internationally in the future, so stay tuned!
 

3. How can I track my order? 
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this tracking number on the carrier’s website to follow your order’s journey to your doorstep.
 

4. What is your return and refund policy?
We want you to be delighted with your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, please contact us with a detailed description and picture of the product. Please note that custom or personalized items are non-refundable.

We're so sorry your item didn't arrive in perfect condition! Please contact us at resinandwick@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, including photos of the damage. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue, whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
